Description
The TekBox TBRFCI1 is a four-quadrant RF trans-conductance amplifier, current injector, and current source. Designed with no dead zone at the output, it is fully capable of both sourcing and sinking current. It features a broad frequency range from DC to 50 MHz, and is usable up to 100 MHz.
The unit delivers a maximum output voltage of ±45 V peak and a maximum linear current of ±1 A DC or 1 A RMS AC. Thanks to its high-impedance current source output and built-in current monitor, it is highly versatile for numerous laboratory applications. It is ideal as an RF power amplifier to drive Helmholtz coils or loop antennas, as a current injector for DC power supply characterization, as an Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG) amplifier, and as a general-purpose dynamic load.
