Even after through running check and robust design any instrument can develop fault in the time of operation, we are committed to serve you during the warranty period and beyond also.

Whenever You face any issue in operation of instrument, it is necessary to first call/email us for technical support – the reason for this being it is common for instrument to not actually be defective, but only need a setting changed.

However, upon confirmation that an instrument is defective, as some defective instrument may require return directly to us. Salicon will provide you a Service request Number and specific instructions, the return Should be through Good courier/shipping Provider.

The return shipping cost will be beard by Purchaser.

After getting the instrument for repair, we check it thoroughly and inform you the cost of repair (if product/Fault is out of Warranty Service).

Normally it will take 1-2-week time to get the instrument repaired and re-calibrated. After getting instrument fully checked we return it to you through nationalised Shipper/courier to you on our Cost.
