Description
The RIGOL DG6102 is a high-performance function/arbitrary waveform generator from the DG6000 series, designed to meet the most advanced testing requirements. With a bandwidth of 1 GHz, 2 channels, and a sample rate of up to 2.5 GSa/s, this all-in-one instrument integrates a function generator, pulse generator, noise generator, harmonics generator, and analog/digital modulator. Built on SiFi technology, it guarantees faithful reproduction of arbitrary waveforms without point loss.
The user interface is managed via a large 10.1-inch color HD touch screen that allows for simultaneous parameter configuration and viewing. All channels feature an electrical isolation design to protect the devices under test (DUT) and eliminate ground loops. It supports advanced output modes such as Sequence, IQ modulation, PRBS, and Pattern, making it ideal for power semiconductor testing, high-speed digital circuits, and automotive applications.
