Description

RIGOL RSA6140 allows real-time spectrum analysis from 5 kHz to 14 GHz with high performance, suitable for intermittent signal detection, EMI noise analysis, wireless communication testing, and IoT application development. It offers an excellent balance of sensitivity, dynamic range, speed, and usability.

Equipped with up to 200 MHz analysis bandwidth (optional), a 10.1” touch screen, and advanced software features, it is a valuable support both for laboratories and for production and field testing activities.

  • Analysis and real-time bandwidth: 80 MHz (standard), up to 200 MHz (optional)
  • DANL: typically down to -143 dBm (pre-amplifier off), -163 dBm (pre-amplifier on)
  • Phase noise at 1 GHz, 10 kHz offset: <-108 dBc/Hz (typical)
  • 10.1″ high-resolution capacitive touch screen
