Description
The MSO/DS9000 Series digital oscilloscope is engineered to support a wide range of applications in design, troubleshooting, and testing. Powered by RIGOL’s newly developed proprietary architecture, it delivers a waveform capture rate of up to 1,000,000 waveforms per second in fast acquisition mode, a memory depth of up to 2 Gpts (except DS9202), and selectable vertical resolution from 8 to 16 bits.
Advanced analysis tools, comprehensive triggering and protocol decoding, optional compliance testing, and a high-resolution 10.1-inch touchscreen empower engineers to debug faster, validate designs more efficiently, and gain deeper visibility into complex signals—all within a powerful and intuitive platform.

Up to 2 Gpts memory depth
![]()
- Maximum 2 Gpts ultra-long storage depth, capable of recording up to 100 ms waveforms at the highest sampling rate
- Greatly improve the probability of catching occasional glitches, intermittent failures, and protocol abnormal packets
- Once a problem occurs, you can quickly search and locate it in the 2 million frame history
Triggering, mask testing
![]()
- Supports touch to “draw an area” on the screen to achieve area triggering
- Supports waveform mask testing and automatically determines whether it is out of bounds
- Visualize operation to quickly set precise triggers, shortening getting started and debugging time
Waveform search
![]()
- Provides powerful waveform search and navigation functions
- Abnormalities will automatically “jump in front of you
WebControl
![]()
- Supports Web Control interface (input the IP address of the oscilloscope into the Web browser to display the operation interface of the oscilloscope)
Protocol analysis
![]()
- Includes multiple protocol analysis and decoding functions for embedded, audio, automotive, etc.
- It not only supports the capture of analog waveforms, but also supports automated protocol analysis and decoding, effectively improving engineers’ efficiency in debugging medium and low-speed buses.
Eye diagram
![]()
- Waveform persistence and cumulative intensity grading
- Automatic eye diagram parameter measurement
- Mask test function
- Quickly locate occasional problems
- Quantify signal quality and provide objective judgment criteria
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
Jitter
![]()
- Jitter component separation
- Jitter decomposition algorithm based on parameter model
- Multi-dimensional view display
- From “seeing the problem” to “locating the root cause”
- High-precision results can be obtained even with short data sequences
- Visually present problem characteristics and speed up debugging
