Description

The DNA800 series is a compact 2-port vector network analyzer platform with frequency coverage up to 14 GHz. It offers 1 Hz frequency resolution, up to 10 dBm output power, high dynamic range, multiple calibration methods, S-parameter measurements, impedance, VSWR, TDA, fixture embedding/de-embedding, antenna test functions, USB/LAN/HDMI interfaces, SCPI control, and Web Control.

Thanks to a modern 7″ touch display, guided calibration wizard, and support for common calibration methods (including mechanical and electronic E-Cal kits), getting started with RF measurement technology is just as quick as efficient workflows for experienced engineers. Interfaces such as LAN, USB, and HDMI, SCPI support, and a remote web interface make the Rigol DNA814 the ideal hub for automated testing and integrated RF test environments.

Dual Ports. Wide Frequency Coverage

Frequency coverage from 5 kHz to 14 GHz. A true two-port architecture supports full S-parameter (S11 / S12 / S21 / S22) and impedance measurements. Two units can be cascaded for expanded port configurations.

Fixture Removal and DeEmbedding

Effortlessly eliminate the influence of test fixtures, adapters, and cables through fixture removal and deembedding, enabling precise measurement of the true S-parameters of the device under test (DUT) itself to ensure result reliability.

New Electronic Calibration Kits

The new ECAL300/400 Series electronic calibration kits simplify two-port calibration with plug-and-calibrate convenience. Precision mechanical calibration kits are also supported to meet different application requirements.

Standard USB, LAN and HDMI Connectivity

USB and LAN interfaces support remote communication with the standard SCPI command set. An HDMI output enables connection to an external display for enhanced viewing.

WebControl

Access and control the instrument through a web browser using its IP address—no PC software installation required. Ideal for remote operation and SCPI command debugging.
