GW Instek PHU 1500-20 is a single-channel programmable DC power supply with multi-range technology, ideal for testing photovoltaic systems, electric vehicles (EVs), automotive electronics, and advanced industrial applications. Thanks to SiC components, it delivers high power density (up to 15kW in just 3U) and a wide range of voltage/current combinations.
Advanced features include AWS (Advanced Web Server) for browser-based control, APC (Adaptive Parallel Connection) to connect up to 10 units (up to 150kW), and multiple integrated industrial interfaces (EtherCAT, CANopen, Modbus, Profinet, DeviceNet), making the PHU series extremely versatile.
Options include: Datalogger, Solar Array Simulator, Battery Simulation, comprehensive safety functions (OVP, OCP, OHP, UVL, AC Fail, FAN Fail), slew rate control, bleeder control, variable internal resistance, and CC/CV priority mode.
